Creative Outlets:

Teen Theatre Productions

is a non-profit production company that strides to allow all high schoolers a chance to become leaders in the arts. It affords new opportunities to passionate high school students who excel in the arts to take on leadership roles in a professional, quality theatrical setting.

Recent budget cuts in many schools across the state have resulted in the termination of their arts programs, by doing so, stripping students of this vital art form that serves as an outlet for creativity. Creative Outlets is making an effort in keeping the art of musical theater and performance alive.

Creative Outlets presents all student-run productions in which participating young artists learn and explore their stage craft. This unique high school musical-theater company gives students opportunities that high school and community theater do not typically offer. Students can not only perform—they can direct, choreograph, produce, set design, costume design, and more. For each production there is a trained New York City professional to be their guide and mentor to help ensure a successful show. We create unique theater for teens.
